This is SH404SEF plugin for Joo!BB Forum component.
an ex:

* Origin link in joobb topic is "http://yourdomain.com/index.php/component/option,com_joobb/Itemid,55/topic,1/view,topic/"
* SEF link will translate to "http://yourdomain.com/JooBB/Test-Forum/Welcome-to-JooBB.html"

Include a language file, so you can change language for link too
Install this by manual, please upload the zip file to your components folder and extract it at there
