Pixelsparadise.com released "GreatInc", a bright and fast loading commercial template for Joomla 1.6 and 1.7+. It was designed with a design agency or corporate website in mind. But of course, it can be used for alot of other types of websites which needs a clean, friendly and light look&feel. For example for a freelancer homebase, a smaller company etc.
