They are very good template maker. Their support and community is good to. Every month I am waiting their new template.

Decent templates, but terrible support. Promises are not kept and threads go unanswered. Stay away if you need good support.

Absolutely HORRIBLE forum support and will not deliver on promises. JA is the only template club that refuses to offer 1.5 native versions of their templates. If you need ANY support at all, steer clear of these guys.

JA Templates is nice but support has a problem. I opened a lot of tickets but they didn\'t respond me. Also I have affiliate account from Joomlart and rockettheme. I didn\'t get any commission from Joomlart but I received commission from RocketTheme. I think Joomlart affiliate system is not working or ?

Templates okay but very buggy. Support is beyond terrible; they simply don\'t reply to posts where the solution is even vaguely complex, which given buggy templates is a real issue.

Since Joomla! delivers simplicity in CMS these guys seriously damage the Joomla! brand. Makes me wonder whether there should be some sort of Joomla! certified requirement for businesses charging in an open source environment.

Stay away, I feel burnt.

I started with Joomlart a long time ago, when I barely got into J! I thought having 2 templates a month was a good deal. I after becoming a member (I only opted for the 3 month plan) I too saw support lacking. Well, I could understand from some of the smaller shops, but with the amount of members they claim to have on their front page, they should be able to afford to pay some full-timers to answer some questions.

Their templates are just rehashed, re-skinned, so much so that it is common to see their \"tutorials\" included in the download packages to have references to previous templates.

Really not that creative at all, nothing anyone can\'t do with the basic framework.

Complete thumbs down from me.

This is one of JoomlART\'s best templates yet - versitile for a wide variety of site purposes, from a news portal to an online magazine to a political portal, etc.

People who have been complaining above will likely complain about anything/everything ... the support on the JoomlART Forums is good. People try to help as best they can in as timely a manner as they can. (Some people simply have no patience). Furthermore, it\'s clearly stated that the first week or so of a template\'s release is the \"beta\" period - meant for members to test and report any/all bugs. The stable version has now been released for both J1.0.x and J1.5.x.

Kudos to JoomlART for a job well done !!

I am using joomlart templates this is very nice and i didn\'t get any problem with them. Highly recommended.
