Am working with the js_optimus template. Some good things about it (colour and typography choices) and its look is simple and clean. However it doesn\'t play well with other extensions and Joomlashack\'s policy is that you are on your own if a problem involves another extension. Also quality control could be better (no critical problems, but a couple of minor issues). Support was pleasant, but sometimes took longer than a business day, and wasn\'t actually that helpful in my particular case. In my case I don\'t think they actually achieved the standard of product quality and service that they are striving for.

Joomlashack folks rock; a great free template and better support than I got elsewhere in a paying \"club\".

This template has saved me tons of work, allowing me to have an SEO optimized, clean, professional, and beautiful design to start with. The JoomlaShack team are super knowledgeable and the support is excellent and timely. I highly recommend using any of their templates!

1.5 native. Very modular. Easy to move things around on the fly. Gives the feel of an online magazine. And the Joomla guys watch their forums all day - and they have a ticketing system for paid customers.

This template makes the transition from 1.0 to 1.5. JoomlaShack has great professional templates, and of the three template packs I\'ve purchased, this is the best of them.
