Reviews (16)\"Shape5\'s support is outstanding (yes, really!). This past week I purchased a Shape5 template called ¡®Spheredocs\'. I wanted to customize the look of this Joomla template and received an immediate reply from the owner showing the file and line number of where to modify the template. Unlike other providers of templates, Shape5 is responsive and will answer you questions prompty. After six hours of customizing my template I ran into bug (likely from own changes to the template). This time, it was the weekend and I didn¡¯t expect to hear a reply until Monday. But I was pleasantly surprised again to hear back from the owner who corrected the bug in only about 15 minutes. Does customer service get any better than this? Finally, I would like make one more important comment about the value of Shape5¡¯s club offerings. When you use a Shape5 template, they allow you to remove their links so you have complete control over what is shown on your template. Most other template clubs charge an additional $40 for each domain above what you pay for their club membership. I highy recommend Shape5 for both the value and quality of their support. The quality of the templates is also superb except for the SiteShapers which take a long time to shape up like the demo sites. But, nothing majorly wrong with this club as the Quality of the products and the usefulness of their templates just ROCK!!! Been using Shape 5 for almost a year. Excellent support in all aspects and very stable production. Being a designer and amateur photographer I just got tingly feeling all over, when I saw the Sept-08 template. Imagine what I can do with that to present my photo collection! Thanks Mike and Jonah for the addition of the \'Slideshow Advance\' Only general comment I have to all template clubs: Please adopt the Typography to match the template. Most of the the typography looks so...Joomla. Looking forward to more development from S5! I am very new to Joomla and I decided to purchase a template from shap5. I had a couple things about the template I needed changed. I emailed shap5 support and got a almost immediate reply. I was unable to make the changes myself and asked shape5 to do it for me. They happily made the changes for me. Keep in mind the changes I needed done most sites would make you pay for. So I give shape5 a 10 out of 10 for the cool templates and great customer service. The Digital Systems template from Shape 5 is an excellent choice if you are looking for a professional business template that works right out of the box. Install their Image and Content Fader module and you have your site ready for adding your content. I am new to Joomla! but Shape 5 templates made me feel like a pro. All this for the price of a free subscription. This is unbeatable plug and play quality. Support is top notch and is superior to anything I have ever experienced before. Thank you Shape 5 for making my Joomla! site set-up so much more enjoyable. Yet another no-hassle, fully-supported, do-what-you-want-them-to-do joomla template from Shape5. As always, this is a \"pick one and get right to work\" template. Shape5 continues to design flexible, clean and intelligently built templates that allow max flexibility.
