Reviews (24)Hi, I am new to this club and so far everything is going ok! The templates are very practical and highly useful for the industries that they have been designed for. The demo sites set up fairly quickly and easily. The support forum is a mess but I can understand it because they are so busy with so much business that going back to reorganize their forum to make it a little user-friendly must be impossible. Any how, once I figured out how to post a question in the forum, things moved forward a little better. Do not try to send an email to their other departments through their contact form though as they will never answer:( Thank you for reading! I initially bought into YouJoomla for the Sportline template. It has been a dream, and by far my favorite project: www.clearcreekbaseball.com. Neo provides outstanding and timely service - I\'ve never seen the like and I\'m a member at Joomlart and RocketTheme, both good companies. Neo answers all forum posts - sometimes within minutes. He\'s caught me off guard a couple times as I had settled back to wait for a response in a few days or weeks, and he replied within an hour! Thanks to Neo, my site was up and running in days, because he answered all my questions promptly. Now I\'m looking for a place to use his Blog V2 theme, just for the fun of it. i havent seen more patient guy than Neo it was 6am and he was still awake giving support to his community i mean forum community i would reccomend it to anyone to join that club tremendous support really a star. the templates are great and support is beyond imagination wow, i am very impressed i have been a member so other template club member but i have not seen anythig similar to this wow, it is youjoomla as they call it I recently purchased a product from YouJoomla - the movie studio. Excellent product! I had an unusual situation with our website that I installed it on and it required some support to ask some questions. The people at YouJoomla immediately responded to my forum post and spent the time getting me taken care of! I have never experienced the speed of support that I experienced yesterday! I will consider them for more products in the future... Thanks so much! Tim I have been building Joomla websites for about a year now and have used several different commercial template designers. I can honestly say that YouJoomla has by far consistently provided not only the easiest templates to work with but truly unique, clean, crisp designs that can be customized to give a professional look to any site regardless of the business. The support is unparalleled as well. Having spent countless hours in support forums for a multitude of Joomla extensions and templates trying to get answers I was blown away at the responsiveness of this developer. The designs are top notch and distinctive. the templates\' functionality is always new and innovative and the support is incredible. I would highly recommend YouJoomla to any website developer. The Joomla folks really do go to great lengths to take care of their customers. I purchased (and am really happy with) the SofTech template. There was some confusion about which modules were included with the template, and they quickly resolved the issue in a manner that leaves me happy and excited to put the YouJoomla resources to use. I really appreciate this site. Many pros including a fast response time to questions. The only con is that their artwork on the templates is not my favorite - but still very professional. My pros include great ideas for extensions!!!! Love what they are doing in that area. That alone was the reason that I signed up. The price was low and I see lots of continued promise for this company. GREAT JOB GUYS - PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. This is in one word AMAZING. I doubt anyone could top this club and their customer service, template quality and devotion. I am new to Joomla and also noticed that Youjoomla is based in my home town. I gave Neo a call asking for help with installation . Gues what! HE WAS AT MY HOUSE IN 30 MIN. Explaining all aspects of Joomla , jomla templates and Joomla community. This was an experience for me to actually have a guy who is making all this great templates siting in my house and helping me with no charge for over 2 hours. THANK YOU NEO. I will never leave your templates club Well I would have to take my hat off to the support team here they answer questions in a timely manner. All template clubs offer great templates but most do not offer a great prices and a good team to help new comers with their questions and problems. You can always shop around for a good price a good price a good item does not matter as much with out the good support to go along with it thanks guys keep up the good work and as soon as I get a little better at this I will try and help the best i can. Templates & Support Excellance. YouJoomla has some great looking templates that have smart design layouts and are feature rich. I am using Joomla Hosting and I get a lot of compliments from my visitors. What I find most impressive is the support by YouJoomla staff. I have used other sites and there is little to no support. I can\'t stress this enough, but these guys have been nothing short of astounding. Highly recommended. First class is the only way I can describe it. I am speechless and don\'t know where to start because words alone is not suffice to explain the quality of products, service provided by the great people of YOUJOOMLA. I have been using various joomla services and most of them great and yet I haven\'t make a single feedback on it. Youjoomla make me feel that a feedback is the very least I can do. Their call of duty are beyond then what is expect of them. This quality of products and service can easily make people like myself who design websites become customer for life.
