I am new to Joomla and subscribed to the Joomlaxtc club since January 2012, great templates, but above all, great service: (fast and friendly) by Joomlaxtc. I recommend Joomlaxtc to anyone, looking for templates and great services at the best price. A big thank to the Joomlaxtc Team! Joomlaxtc is the most professional and reliable web developer i ever worked. I\'m working with joomlaxtc over 1 year and few monts. Recently, i\'m renew my subscription and the joomlaxtc give me a reduction for 40%. The support is very very good, the templates and extensions are full of webpower and professional. Many thanks to joomlaxtc team. HAPPY NEW YEAR I love the JoomlaXTC templates! In a world of hum-drum same ol\' stuff, JoomlaXTC are the leaders of knowing the current trends of webdesign and do much more than the other clubs I have been with. Most the clubs seem to revamp last months template where as JoomlaXTC does the right job by giving me a totally new design each month. The support has been top notch and to keep it short and sweet - I could write a book about how much I love the JoomlaXTC team! Keep up the good work! I have used joomlaxtc for a number of projects and I have to admit they have some of the best templates and modules. They really put alot of thought in their creations. Most are extremely intuitive and are customizable to an infinite degree. It is my first source of any template ideas or even modules. The support is beyond normal. If I have an issue I am searching for Morten_g who has helped me with any problem I encounter. In fact, he has helped me so much I think of him and joomlaxtc as a partner in my designs. I normally dont take the time to review, I do only when i\'m most satisfied, there is nothing promotional here, yeah initially in my first year I had issue, but my second year was the best with Joomlaxtc club, great templates, power of customization, and great looking templates, yeah still room to improve a lot and catch up with other clubs, I\'m active member in 4 clubs. the reason to write this review is support. Wow mind blowing support, I never use forums to ask question, since i\'m lazy to wait, so i always shoot a support ticket and these guys here has given excellent support. Great Support is what makes me to stay with this club again. I would suggest anyone thinking to buy membership, [no I\'m not affiliate or referral here :-)]I suggest go for it. Regards Altaf I have to say that the templates at JoomlaXTC are like no other templates found on the net today. Monev Software goest the extra mile to create vertical market templates that conform to any industry while holding true to the original thematics and industry that the designers put into the template. Their latest template, Mixology, continues with that track record but goes the extra mile in functionality bringing with more third party componant support than any template in the history of JoomlaXTC (and probably any template club on the net today to say that matter). I see great things happening at JoomlaXTC and see a strong future for them as they grow. I am not only extremely stoked with the template itself (I have to say that the joomla xtc templates are super sleek and functional, come with a lot of extras and simply make it easy to create a great looking site!!!) but the service has been the very best I have ever experienced! During the process of building my site I have received help in an extraordinary way, not only through tips but also through actions whenever I was not able to figure something out. Over the weeks my ticket has collected a total of 41 posts!!! (wow, just counted them myself!!!) and while you could have thought that the service team would get completely annoyed by the over and over new questions the opposite was the fact and I received great help the whole way! Response is fast and super reliable and I am not quite sure what exactly I would have done without the extraordinary help of the support team (specifically Morten G). I am super stoked with the outcome (www.kspworldtour.com) and confident to receive support whenever I need it. Kristin B The yearly subscription is worth 100 times it\'s weight in gold - JoomlaXTC\'s support team are Gods amongst men and have sorted all of my questions, no matter how complex, faster than I could imagine. Many times now I have felt like they have gone above the call of duty just to solve something for me. That\'s something that\'s left a lasting impression with me. I simply cannot be happier with JoomlaXTC and would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone - specifically if you really like to configure your site\'s to such a detailed level!! When these guys make a template, or extension, the level of effort that goes into each and product is astounding. As a geek with a perfection issue, that is something I truly appreciate, as it allows for some very flexible and speedy development. Displaying amazing design & functionality skills, if you\'re looking for a dependable, quality template club - you *CANNOT* find any better. I am a 12 month subscriber of JoomlaXTC\'s Template & Extensions Combo Pack. As a customer, these are my sincere observations... The \'Quickstart\' template installs are apparently the way to go when setting up a template design on a fresh domain. It includes a full install of Joomla 1.5 and will install the template of your choice exactly like the demo, extensions and all, ready for your ultimate customization (fully functional). The dynamic templates and extensions work \'out of the box\' (when correctly using the above method) and are extremely versatile. Gorgeous flash graphics, colors, and practicality make JXTC\'s Combo Pack the ultimate utility for today\'s graphic design needs. They are quite competitive in the way of variety and utility. As far as browser compatibility, the latest version of IE (32 bit) displays beautifully, however, it is a bit slow displaying the flash graphics... Opera displays quickly and nicely, however, the proportions are not \'just right\'. All in all, I would have to say that Google Chrome is the most ideal browser as far as compatibility, speed, and proportions. I have yet to test Firefox, but I would say it is probably the runner up! These templates are fast and practical, as well as eye-poppingly beautiful! They each come with many styles, themes, color variations, and (that important word again) are COMPATIBLE with virtually any application or module you could possibly conjure up (whether from a third party install or not)! And XTC\'s Extension pack is a perfect fit! They carry modules you will not find anywhere else. All of which are extremely useful, and most of which will ooh and ahh your audience. Customer support is achieved through a ticketing system, and more personal support is sometimes done via email (one on one) if needed. Yes, Monday through Friday only, which can be a bit of a set back if you have an issue that needs resolving over the weekend. However, they have a growing forum for support between developer subscribers, as well as very useful Video Tutorials under the \'Support\' link. Documentation can also be found there for each template and many of their extensions. They have a growing arsenal of new products (one about each month). I would say, XTC is a rising star in the Joomla development world! Definitely worth the price tag if doing a NEW install of Joomla (my recommendations) using their \'Quickstart\' temp. packs. Individual installs are for the more patient and experienced... but still, very brilliant! Whatever Joomla! site you are looking to build for whatever purpose, XTC fits the bill. I whole heartedly recommend! I\'ve been a member of several different template clubs over the years and only recently discovered and joined JoomlaXTC. I have been extremely impressed with their templates and many of their extensions. Their EcoSpa template proved highly customizable - both directly from the Joomla backend as well as the well organized files. I had no problems integrating third party extensions to the template. The EcoSpa template serves my non-profit organisation well. i\'m sold on the quality of work and the quick and helpful service of JoomlaXTC. -a happy customer :) I have been through several tech supports on various Joomla providers and Justin and the JoomlaXTC are by far the most responsive and helpful. I have submitted several support tickets and Justin has responded to each one in a super timely manner. I\'m talking responses as short as 5 minutes and no longer than 12hrs. Unless you plan to install the demo directly, good luck figuring everything out. No documentation on the website. There is not much support other than submitting a ticket. If they would provide documentation on how to even just configure the menu to look like the demo, I would have been happy. Customer support via tickets was great. Only giving a 3 rating because this template had no doc. I had to fish for the graphic showing the module positions. That should be on the demo site, not in some random folder in the install pack. There were big issues viewing this template in different browsers. The templates look was altered significantly. Like I said, I am sure there are no issues if you install the demo pack, but when building this template from scratch... it was not that easy. First of all I am very happy with the design of the template. Easy to work with too, which I find very important. Explanation of the features could be better on the template website. Great service and fast too! Thanks to Jay for solving the issues I had and many, many thanks for the patience he explained things to me. Just great!!! I\'m extremely new to Joomla, having spent so much time working with Wordpress but after a little research I decided to purchase with Joomlaxtc. Not only was the template a perfect fit but they\'ve worked with me at every step to ensure I know what I\'m doing! They\'ve put up with a barrage of noobish questions at odd hours, and have been unbelievably good at conveying even the most technical answer to the uninitiated. Support even went so far as to literally setup up parts of the site I couldn\'t quite figure out on my own. Their extensions are top notch, their support first rate, and as human beings, I\'d rate them just below saints. From now on if I have a Joomla question, need or just some advice I\'m heading back. Joomla XTC has the best support in the Joomla community! They also have the absolute best templates! I have built 3 heavy duty websites with Joomla XTC templates and they make my projects look like million dollar sites. I am self taught and use the templates for my business, people consistently believe I\'m a huge company just from the website, yet its only little old me. Thank you so much for this excellent service! So happy with JoomlaXTC!
