I had an issue which turned out not to be related to the template but to a module I was using, and not only did I get a prompt response from John, he also fixed the issue for me in no time! Thank you John for such brilliant support and congratulations on your beautiful templates. Beautiful templates, reasonably priced. I got the E-Motion template & never regretted my decision. The support was prompt and John made sure that the template was installed like the demo version as requested. I would definitely recommend Joomlage to anybody looking for some nice templates. I\'ve worked with literally dozens of templates for Joomla but have never had such personal service; nor a \"look\" that I was more pleased with. Thank you John, and please keep the great designs coming. Oh, and I almost forgot... The price was about half that of any other template design I was considering. Using Joomla for years now, with a lot of different templates, working with this template was a real relief! A very nice template for a very nice price! Thank you! I am a Joomla novice and I found the free Pretender template was easy to use and met my requirements. The reason I am writing this review is the outstanding service and support I have received. The response from John was almost immediate. (The only reason I needed some support was due to my inexperience, not any problem with the template). John even logged into my system to show me an example. The documentation file included with the download was concise, detailed and helpful. It\'s nice to see that great customer service is alive and well! Wow. Beautiful web design, so affordable and stress free. Complete pleasure from beginning to end. The one query I had was answered immediately and in a helpful, coherent and personal manner. We are over the moon with the excellent template that we recently purchased from Joomlage.com, thanks to them our site now looks absolutely wicked and its received the official thumbs up from friends, family and our customers which is great!
