I already install the discussbot...but i don know is it this method can be apply.

What i want is, when all articles or news submit by anyone...so there is setting to set the link direct to the forum...but unfortunately, the link not create new topic..what i want is when the first time to discuss and the first user click it, It will create new topic in forum. then the next user click the link under the news so it directly go to the topic taht already create it.

or, i had miss setting in my forum and discussbot?

It sounds like you're describing exactly what this bot does. If you're looking for something different, I don't see it.
Turn on the debug info to see why your topic is not created in the forum. There's a lot of good info there to help you get it working.
