Hi,

The search mambot's WHERE clause "c.pub_access gid" doesn't work for me because the pub_access number for my categories is "19" and not "1" as would be expected from the statement. My public access level was set to "author" but setting it to registered doesn't help as the value onlu changes to '18'.

Sorry, I only recently became aware of the problem. A new, more powerful SearchBot has been developed. It has only recently been submitted here so you may not find it in the plug-ins section yet. You can find it by following the developer's homepage link for the old SearchBot.
