Congratulations on your site. I've had several agents contact me about their canned sites and how to improve them. Really, all those sites are merely framed sites without any real and searchable content that don't amount to anything on the search engines. Yours is different and should work well.

After reading your post, I may put up a demo site when I get my sites transferred. I had one once before but was using that solely as a demo for various applications and not just realty.

Anyhow, excellent job.

Maybe just as a suggestion to use another template, as I'm sure this template will give you a bit of headache later
