It looks like support questions are being asked in both forums, which is a little confusing for new users.

Maybe the Forum discriptors could be clearer?

Personally, I would like to see a main Support board, with child boards such as Install, Setup etc. I think this would help new users get up and running quickly, and also allow them to post in a specific forum.
