There's something wrong in the thread moving feature as when you move a thread any post linking this moved thread has his links broken which highly reduce the usefulness of some posts which after some time only contain dead links. This most often because the threads have been moved to "solved issues" forum.

Typical annoying case is :

Someone answer a post saying "i fixed this, see this thread for details" then 1 week after because the workaround is good the thread get moved to "solved issues" forum. Users with this problem will most often find the thread where the users gave the link to the workaround but will just get a dead page clicking on the link.

In the long run this create thread duplication and make search results less efficient. A fix for this would be really an enhancement in fireboard efficiency.
