I got a very interesting idea from some of my forum users. They would like to se the first thread on the forum top. Even though you have Show latest post first. That way new readers of the thread easily can understand what the disussion is about. To not make it confusing the thread start should be clearly marked threadstart and there is ought to be a separator or a gap between it and the rest. I think is is a great idea. Appearently there is a forum like this at
www.familjeliv.se (but it is in swedish).
