There were a real need to thumbnail the image automatically in the post so that members can post bigger photo.

When I was using JoomlaBoard, I waited such a feature for a very long time and was dissapointed to see they can't solve it. Later someone told me to hack the code and apply some JS from dynamicdrive.com site. Then I succeeded.

Hope you can build this feature into Fireboard by default and save your time.

Yes that would be great, as we got some users too that link large images breaking the design. And is there maybe a chance to set signature size also for pictures?

Since this was 1 Year 3 month ago, any news on that? My users regularly break the template by linking large images... haven't found a solution yet...

I think a lightbox feature would be great, but because of JQuery no mootools script is loaded .
Personally I prefer shadowbox (like lightbox, but easier to setup) script from yooeffects
