I'm trying to do the conversion from SMF to PHPBB then to FB. But I can't get past the SMF to phpBB converter! Does anyone have a good converter? I am running SMF 1.1 RC3 and want to convert it to phpbb2.x

I need to know the following:

1) what version of SMF do I need?
2) What version of PHPbb do I need?
3) And what converter do I need?

I've searched and searched without any luck...and so far, every time I use the converter, the page is busy for about 5 minutes then it all of the sudden says "No page to display" and seems to timeout or something. It just doesn't complete and seems to stop halfway through...

What do I do????
