Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage 1 Year ago  
After successful install and create a first category, when I try to create another category or Forum, it receive a message that 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'

My advice to you, since your forum is relatively new, is to uninstall the version you have and use 1.0.2.
