I thought I was following directions when I asked a client to edit the rules under the english.php page. When he did so he deleted everything in that file and replaced it with rules. I then went back in a copy and pasted another english.php page into its place hoping to fix it. It didn't....

Any thoughts? It's for a site dedicated to helping tourist in Tunisia.
