TOPIC: Blank page at frontend after upgrading
#539
Blank page at frontend after upgrading 1 Year, 7 Months ago
installation went smoothly, the backend works fine and looks like everything is imported correctly from joomlaboard, however, the frontend page freezes for a while then give a weird error (zero sized reply) .
I haven't installed the language file yet ( can I use the same language file of joomlaboard ) ?
I thought it might be an upgrade issue, so I tried uninstall/reinstall to create a fresh install, but it didn't give me that option (upgrade/fresh install) . (seems like uninstall does not drop the old tables ?).

does fireboard require the uninstallation of joomlaboard ?or is there any conflict with other mambots ?

could it be a memory problem ? my memory limit is set to 32 MB .

Regards

No, no touch to JB

Drop all FB tables, get the package again from the server and reinstall it

I had the same problem. You don't have to uninstall Joomlaboard, but you might wanna try uninstalling the Joomlaboard bots and modules. This fixed the problem for me!

You shouldn't have to uninstall anything. Just unpublishing the mambots should work if they are the cause of the problem.
