I recently converted my SMF to Fireboard, with mixed results... But that is not the issue (I don't think).

Now my questions...
1 - How do I change the forums to show the original message at the top and each reply to the thread following underneath? I have tried to change the setting in the profile, but no luck... I was thinking that something may have messed up during the conversion process?
2 - How do I merge two messages? When converting from SMF to Fireboard some of the threads were split, and I would like to merge them back together.
3 - How do I change the post count manually for a user? During the conversion some user stats did not convert to FB, namely the admin (tpflanz), and since I deleted a few posts after the conversion it shows that tpflanz has a negative number of posts.
4 - How do I pgrade to a newer version of FB without losing anything? After converting to FB I tried to upgrade to a newer version of FB, however, after converting, I could not move a topic board to a new location in the Administration area of Fireboard.
5 - How do I create additional user groups and set permissions to different boards based on those groups?
