When trying to reply to the Fireboard 1.0.2 RC1 thread, I received the following message:
The administrator has disabled public write access.
Only logged in / registered users
are allowed to contribute to the forum.
I am a registered user and logged-in.

How about this text?
This thread is locked.
No reply posts are possible.
Or something similar.

I know this involves a new check to see if the User is is fact a Registered User.
