I am running fireboard on a counter strike clan site. recently i started noticing some of the words in the posts were being altered by the system. When a word such as "player" "metamod" "eventscript" is posted, it shows up as "p_layer" "_meta_mod" and "_event_script" how do i fix this?

also, when i look under system info in joomla, i see that "Session Directory /" is marked as Unwriteable. Joomla was installed using fantastico on my webhost. i don't have direct access to the php.ini to change the path. how do i fix this error?
