Post Missing, from page... see it in DB 8 Months, 2 Weeks ago

Greetings
I have a thread that says the last person who posted on it was "JohnSmith". When you go to the post, you do not see JohnSmith's post, you see the one before it, bit not the last one...
SO I went into the database and JohnSmith's post is there...
Can anyone share with me why it is not showing up on the site?

Is the board moderated at all, does the post need to be approved?

It is Moderated, because it is a forum that was created for a GroupJiv group. That said the "Review Posts:" is set to "No"

Just out of interest have you tried to set it as un-moderated and see if it shows up - I am just thinking it is related to moderation somehow.

I did set that to "No" but the post did not come back...
Could it be what is spoken about in

I read the post and tried to do what this thing says... but I could not find the line in smile.class.php that they speak of. |

I'm not sure that is what is causing the issue - that was to do with long post issues and going to page 2... yours is about the post not showing up from what I can understand.
Just for clarity you can see what the first post and then any subsequent are not showing, or all after the first are not showing.... or is it the one preceding that is not showing?
OK any others have some ideas - I have not seen this happen before....

OK well it may be related - though v1.0.4 which is what I assume you have doe snot have that line as mentioned in the other thread as you have already pointed out.
It is getting late here so I'm kind of out of it so I will drop back in tomorrow and see if I can take another gander at it and try find a solution for you if no one else is able to...
