Xcloner by JoomlaPlug works well !!! 8 Months, 1 Week ago
I have to make clear:
The Xcloner Component by JoomlaPlug is ok and works well.

Actually the reason for the problem was much more simple: I am still quite new with Joomla but as far as I can say in Joomla 1.5 you have two ways to deal with a title in a list. You can set a checkbox active or just click on a title. Not so in Fireboard 1.04. If you just click on a category to create a subcategory you even delete all categories when you try to save. You absolutely have to set the ckeckbox in front of the category active to create a subcategory. This is very different from the normal Joomla way and should at least be said somewhere.

Hi,

I think that is a bug of new alfa version

use that alfa version only for testing i think that isn't stable for use in production.

about categories.. i use "everyones can see the forum" and categories apears on frontend.

On line 474 we have:

Code:

echo "<script> alert('" . $row->getError() . "');

does anything sounds wrong here?

Hello,

I'm having a problem setting up the same environment you listed above. Can you provide me with any hints or tricks & tips to get things going the right way? Are there special permissions or a process I must follow? I didn't get any errors along the way and aside from my problem here everything else looks okay.

I was able to install without any issues but when I post a new topic or reply to an existing topic I end up with a messed up screen. I posted a thread about it over here www.bestofjoomla.com/component/option,co...w/id,51629/catid,74/

Thank you!
