I am using FB 1.04 and default_ex template

Templates are really a mess in here. Editign thread and view in default_ex doesnt seem to work as they are still rferenced in default.

Anyway couldnt be bothered to fix this but did add a little fix for locked topics and some more obvious icon indication that it is locked.

Instructions:
back up components/com_fireboard/templates/default/view.php

Extract and upload the attached view.php file

No guarantees so back up. Tested on j1.015 and FB 1.04 and FB template default_ex

I had this issue in FB 1.0.4 (and don't as yet want to change to 1.0.5) Works nicely.

However, the "Reply to Thread" link and image still remain at the bottom of the view when the thread is locked. I simply commented it out (line 1363 to 1368) view.php. Works for me.
