Security 2 Months, 1 Week ago
I have installed 1.04. It looks great.

But how do I control user security and stop spam?

I can't find anything to do with Captcha.

I can't see how I delete a user.

I can't see how I set the board so users are authenticated by an administrator before being allowed to post.

I am sure this must have been tackled before. I have searched and searched with no luck.

Thanks

Most of that is controlled through Joomla. Captcha is the only thing NOT and applies only to guest users if I'm not mistaken.

Ironside/Ben Dover said I was supposed to be an expert!! That\'s funny! I don\'t remember getting certified to be a FireBoard expert.

Thank you. I'll investigate further. I am used to phpBB set-up and was looking for similar controls.
