Unfortunately, current fb puts the direct link there in the bbcode. hence, no easy solution.

Now that I think of it someone did hack this but it was a pretty heavily modified install of FireBoard.

What version do you use?

I have no problems in 1.0.5 NB 10 with Hide.

OK - NB10 is beta and you shouldn't use it on productive sites... but for me NB 10 is the most stablest version of fireboard ever (and more stable as 1.0.4 stable )
