I just realized that changing line 173 "if ($idmatch < $limit) {" does the trick only if you're logged in. If someone is not logged in it still sorts by the oldest first....

Ok I have an issue like this however mines flipped.

My fireboard shows the most recent reply to a thead first. which users have to go to the very last page of the thread to see what was posted first. I want the first post that started the thread to be displayed first and then go on from their to the latest post displayed on the last page.
