how do i activate the title tags to show post content on hover.

i saw that when you hover over a post, you get a popup of the post content... how do i do this? it's like the alt tag for images...

It comes with FireBoard 1.0.5 default_ex. Other templates do not support this feature at the moment.

Can you tell me what controls this in Default_ex template. I want to extend the time the box stays up as it closes before readers can read all text in popup..any idea on how to do this?
