You have to uninstall the component, then check files in /administrator/components/ and /components/ folders if there is still com_fireboard -files... then you go to your WHM (web host manager) that is example cpanel, helm, DA, plesk... etc.. and find there your database where that fireboard is and delete all FB_ -tables there... before you certainly take backup all files and database.

Then you can do clean install again..
