Where's the SQL syntax generated?

I installed FireBoard_1.0.4_Stable_CompletePackage (no patches) with Dutch Language yesterday in Joomla 1.5.5.

Do you use either MySQL or MySQLi? And have you checked that there is all the needed jos_fb_' tables in the database?

Birger, I use MySQL. What do you mean by 'all the needed' tables? I cannot find a list of needed tables.

I recommend you upgrade to 1.0.5 Beta.

Search for 1.0.5 and click on the latest thread e.g. 1.0.5NB10

It has undergone lots of testing and works MUCH better with J1.5.x than any other version of FB.

I am running FB 1.0.4 and am getting the same error when posting a new message. Preview works with no problems.

I tried to upgrade to 1.0.5RC2 and could not even raise the forums, so I backed that out.

Running J! 1.0.15, FB 1.0.4 (transferred data from JoomlaBoard 1.1.12), and CB 1.2RC3. PHP 4.3, mySQL 3.23.

Note the email is different. I have checked the user entries in the database and they look right, so is the program truncating?

There are none. Your server does not meet the minimum requirements to run FireBoard.

Thanks, so from what I can tell from the current user docs (www.bestofjoomla.com/files/fireboard/doc/UserGuide.pdf - these could be easier to find, btw), I need to get to at least MySQL 3.25 from 3.23.58, which I am currently running. Otherwise, I am ok, correct?
