(B ) gets two emails and i can see in backend that

2: email notification problem by (A )

so now he has two subscriptions in backend for the same topic ..

tried switching template .. its not a template issue ..

i even drooped all fireboard tables and install a fresh copy .. but still .. ive got the same problem .. i cant think of a reason .. any idea ?

I have a couple of questions.

Is there going to be a plugin check in the configuration options for plugins? For instance if someone enables a plugin that is not installed FireBoard can tell you that and not enable it? Or even a immediate alert like is done in CB if a plugin is not installed. It says right there "...is not installed".

If not is it too late to implement such a check?

This is one of the biggest user errors that constantly fills the forum with it's various questions asking the exact same thing.

Will the template's actually STOP trying to pick up cues from Joomla CSS? This is a common user question regarding styling. The problem of "How to change the font color?". They shouldn't need to.

I installed 1.05rc using Joomla 1.5.6 and had the same missing images and even more. I followed your advise and "Right Clicked" to see paths. When I upzipped images to FTP up I noticed on the server side some of the path "folders" where not present and completly missing!
In my case the missing folder(s) are for "default_gray" template. The folders that are missing listed under path "english". Should I create the same path/folders on the server side, or do you have idea of how to remedy this as I'm not sure what images go with default grey?

No. Deafult_Grey does not come with images - Only Default and Deafult_EX have their own images. Please go to the Fireboard configuration and select Default_Grey as the template and Default as the source for images. That will fix your issue.
