(SOLVED) 1.0.5RC2 Problem with Internet Explorer 7 3 Months ago

Hi I just upgraded from 1.0.4 to 1.0.5RC2; the installation went without a hitch.

However, when I view the forum with IE7; I'm getting image place holder errors.

and here is a pic for you non-clickers[img size=150][/img]

does anyone know how to fix this issue? I already uninstalled and reinstalled but the issue doesn't go away.

BTW: In Firefox the forum works without problems so far.

My guess would be this has nothing todo with IE7. You just have some files cached in Firefox.
Are you on Joomla 1.0.x?
This looks like the known issue with the Joomla installer scrambling some of the image files. Simply unpack the Fireboard package locally and manually copy the missing files onto your server by hand. We have raised this issue with the Joomla installer but have not made much progress.

Solved. The file www.simplyadditions.com/components/com_f...sh/icons/tlatest.gif was corrupt. I copied and pasted a new file inside the directory and everything is Golden Again!
