From the manual:

Execute the queries on your remote host; either inside phpmyadmin or your favorite database manager. If you don’t know how to do this, please read: community.mybboard.net/showthread.php?tid=4720

Joomla explorer is a file manager not a database manager

I did the upgrade, i get the categories listed in the frontend, but NO forums, and ideas?????

Yup Ive got similar problem..

did the upgrade.. all appeared fine.. Ran the update counters which timed out after 30 seconds..

Now no stats or posts showing in categories.
