Your error seems to indicate that you are still missing some files. Is this an upgrade or a fresh install?

I have followed scrupulously all steps as given in manual while upgrading from 1.0.0 to 1.0.3[/b][/color]

I just (literally) upgraded from 1.0.0 to 1.0.3. Absolutely NO problems. The only advice I can give. Make ABSOLUTELY SURE that you upload AND overwrite all the files on your server with the ones in the "patch_to_Fireboard_Forum_1.0.3" zip.

Make sure "admin.fireboard.php" is actually IN administrator/components/com_fireboard.
