How do I trigger JB->FB import w/o reinstalling? 1 Year, 1 Month ago  
I installed FB, imported JB, played with it, customized it.. Now I want to re-import from JB, since there has been activity since I did it the last time. And since I've customized stuff, I don't want to reinstall it.

How do I manually trigger the import?

Unfortunately you can't. At least not easily. There isn't any backwards compatibility built into Fireboard to allow that to happen. Joomlaboard will be just as you left it prior to installing Fireboard.

Maybe if I make a copy of my FB folders, remove it, reinstall it, import JB, then restore my modified folders..?

That doesn't do anything to the database as far as Joomlaboard goes. You won't be able to get the new Fireboard posts into the old Joomlaboard install.

I just re-read this and I guess I need some clarification The new posts have been racked up in the Joomlaboard install? If thatis the case a clean install of FB should do the trick.

At first glance it looked like the new posts are in the Fireboard install.

Uhm, yeah. I needed to re-import from JB since it has been active since I did the first import. I ended up reinstalling FB (and cleaning the D, and then restoring my own stuff.. Thanks for the help.
