Doesn't sound like you're doing this correctly. You have the same problem as this post.

Doing what not correctly ? You suggested to do a clean install and so I uninstalled fireboard and then I Installed New Component. After that Success was the message.

It sounds like you have not either 1-done a proper upgrade (which includes running all of the SQL queries without errors) or 2-not performed a correct CLEAN install. I have seen instances where posts were not visible but never seen where you cannot access your own control panel on a fresh or clean install.

Before you do either back up your database.

Until you get this sorted out you don't have a working forum. To allow posts to accumulate while not being able to fully administer the forum makes no sense. Waiting for the next release also makes no sense and might not solve the problem even then.
