I'd upgraded a site from Joomla v.1.0.13 to 1.0.15 (with Installed version: FireBoard 1.0.4 Stable [ Teakwood ] 23 December 2007 01:00 UTC )

The 'Registered Users Only' is set to 'Yes'.

Previously, forum member logs in and see the forum appears upon successful login. (the login form is shown only on the forum page, not the others)

Now, after upgrading from Joomla 1.0.13 to 1.0.15, nothing seems to happen after login. The forum does NOT appear. In fact, I need to navigate to another page, and when I click the forum link, then ONLY the forum appears.

Please someone let me know how to solve this problem.

how did you exactly upgrade your Joomla?

I had some problems overwriting J1.0.13 files on the server, so I joomlapack-ed them to my pc localhost. Then I upgraded to J.1.0.15. Next, I joomlapack-ed them to the server.

That's how I got this problem.

I would suspect that this problem is related to FB, but your joomla overall. Do other components play well with your Joomla? Do you have a SEF component installed? Can you send us (or PM me) a demo link + demo user to check the problem?

Other components seem to be working well. Using normal Joomla SEF.
