Could someone please point me to where i can get some information on templating

Is there a download for this forum design thats in use here?

Anything really so i can play with the forum design and see if i can get it suitable... thanks in advance.

Also is it not possible to use the default joomla WYSIWYG editor with fireboard? as that is kind of more comprehensive and similar to other boards?
