Hi,
i know people have already asked these sort of questions before but i can't seem to figure it out.

Is there any way i can change the colour (bars) to a light blue on my dorena template? as they are currently red and dark blue.

You need to edit the images found in the dorona/images folder. There are 2 that you should edit, topmenusep.gif and thread_bg.gif.

Are you sure this is how to change the colours, because there are very small lines when i look at them in the image viewer. If so how to i edit them?

Any image editor can do it. Paint even if you need to. Just zoom in, there are some color variations within the images you'll want to preserve.
