New Theme: Palm Springs for v1.0.1b 1 Year, 7 Months ago
Here is a template I created for FireBoard 1.0.1. It even supports features not available yet in the current release (See Readme for details).

This is the first theme I've made so there may be bugs. Please reply to THIS POST if you need assistance and do not PM me for support. I will try to help out if I can.

You can get the template from the File Directory:
www.bestofjoomla.com/component/option,co...obi2Id,68/Itemid,41/

Oops, forgot to add. Here is a blank button if you want to customize what they say.

CHANGELOG:
* Fixed header.html issue.
* Updated PDF file to reflect additional File needed from SVN (fireboard.class.php)

Hmm...well what I did (since there isn't really any guide to making these lol) is I renamed the default_grey template and started building from there. I left the header.html/footer.html files there. Maybe they're unique somehow. Until I figure out whats going on, you could try removing the default_grey folder temporarily and let me know if that changes anything.

EDIT: Nevermind that...I still had the default_grey folder there. I'm checking it on a fresh install test site. Give me a bit and I will post back.

Hmm, just tested it on a clean install of joomla and no such error. I did a quick forum search on pat-Error and other seem to have similar issues, but no one has replied with a resolution. I will keep checking.

Just to verify, you are running Fireboard 1.0.1b....the current version in the downloads area, right?

Also, what language are you using? This template is for english version boards. Probably should've mentioned that too. I haven't yet delved into the multi-language capabilities of FB.

Nop, is not a language problem... I deletted my spanish lang and didn't work.
Running FireBoard 1.0.1B in Jommla 1.0.12 on IE 7.0, but... My Joomla is the JoomlaSpanish.org, do you think that maybe this is the problem? I hope not, but... You never know.

Well the only other thing I can think of is take the header.html and footer.html from one of the know working templates and over-write the ones from my file. I did just notice that the text is different in Dora Brown than the defaults. However all the defaults colors are the same. And that is what my template is based off of. All I really changed was the CSS file and image files (provided you didn't do any of the advanced features from my readme). I'm really at a loss for what it could be.

Hehehehehe!!! Don't ask me why, couse doon't understand... I read and read and comare and compare your header.html with the default_grey header.html and they really are the same, without differences, but a simple copy and paste, and the template is working and let me tell you that you made a great job man... lots of us wanna make a template but you did it.
Thx and best regards from Iquique, Chile.

By the way... there is a folder named tabbercss and inside are a file named tabber.css, the question is, Do I have to upload the folder inside the palm_spring folder, or only the file tabber.css inside the folder palm_springs?

Great! Glad you got it working . It does appear you have a string missing from your language file (_FB_CHILD_BOARDS). May want to bring that up in the appropriate forums. I will try replacing the file and re-uploading...maybe something got corrupted in the zip.
