Hi, i've searching the bestofjoomla.com but i coudn't find this answer.

Well, i would like to know if i can use the FireBoard in some Commercial site.

I know that i dont pay to use the Fireboard, but i would like to know this information.

Oh, the site is a brazilian one: www.sombrasil.com.br (i'm about to migrating it to joomla)

it's not disallowed to use fireboard on a commercial side.

Using on a commercial site does not have a problem. But if you are going to sell it in a package without providing the source code we could have some problems then.
