Ever seen this behavior in Fireboards? 4 Months ago
I have a feature whenver i try to view the forum in that it takes the viewer out of the look and feel of my site.

example;

link to my site
www.writerscbok.com/index.php?op ... &Itemid=60

link to what happens when you click on a forum
www.writerscbok.com/index.php?op ... t&catid=10

Was wondering if you knew the setting to keep the forum in the confides of the site theme?

Was also wondering how to enable the 'new thread' functionality.

Regards,

Thank you in advance,

morrismaurice

How many times are you going to start a new thread on the same issue?

Hello Grinchy,

This is not the same post. Kindly read to see the variations in verbiage.
Do you know what the fix is?
Can you assist?
If you saw this posted somewhere else on the forum and knew the answer why didn't you tell me in that post?
I really need to get this up and working pronto!

Thanks in advanced

So you admit you are spamming? I didn't answer because it states plainly in the configuration that certain plugins should be installed BEFORE you enable them. Also this question gets asked at least twice a week. I figured that people actually read the forums or maybe the devs would actually fix this flaw in the program.

Heliosgr
This is what happens when people hijack other people's threads. The Badwords fix is not for your issue at all. You should have started a new thread. Does this happen with all Joomla templates?

Grinchy, I did not mean to hijack on someone elses thread, i just thought it was the same problem.
I have started a new thread but no answer

Yes unfortunatelly it happens with all joomla templates. It was the second thing i tried after the bad words issue.

grinchy dude take it down a notch!

No one here is spamming!
If someone is new and trying to learn how to configure something fairly technical, perhaps they don't know where to look in the forums to find the right help.

Secondly I'm glad you aren't an admin or moderator because your tone is terrible! If you can not assist with kind precise help than maybe you shouldn't help at all!

Now I'm more confused with your comments than I was before I proposed my original question.

Heliosgr
When I find the answer to this problem I'll be more than happy to share the answer with you. I don't mind your contribution to trying to find the solution.

Good day to you all,

Hey all, relax

Did you try to turn off some mambots you may have? this is from server side, and usually mambots work in message view.

report here back (and I will delete your other post)

@morrismaurice
can you repost your links, can't see them (sorry have not yet updated boj to rc1)
