I am not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question but here goes:

Before installing Joomla, my community used Microsoft Frontpage for the website software. We did not have a forum so I started a chatroom on Yahoo.com. Everyone loved it. Now we are using the forum instead and the major complaint is that when an subject is posted, on the forum, in order to reply to the subject the person must login into the website. This appears to be a major problem for people using handheld devices. Previously, they could just repond to the email sent. Is there anyway to configure the forum to allow a user to reponsd to the email sent to them without login into the website an posting there? The response must post to the website as well.
