I have registered in your web, have bought the converter but I have not received any mail, any link,... nothing of nothing.

I have sent several messages but nothing. I have paid but nobody is giving me solutions.

This is not the place to air out your customer service issues. Please do so elsewhere. Preferably on the appropriate support forum.

Actually I disagree.

If people first make note to the community that there is a product/service available for FB on this forum and since it seems to be the only place that anyone from this company has answered anything, then it becomes of concern and interest to the community.

I personally thank this post as I was considering trying the purchase system. Thanks to this post I am not going to waste more time and money until these guys WAKE UP.

Perhaps, just a suggestion. You and your team can come to some business arrangement to enable FB community to purchase the converter through your own store. I know we would all trust you much more than the current store.

It turns out incredible that allow the purchase of a product if the web does not allow the users' record.

Shouldn't have to pay for a converter in the first place. It was also promised long ago.
