Hi,

Hope someone can help me.

I am using :

Joomla 1.0.12
Fireboard 1.04

i got this error when viewing the thread detail page...

Is it because FireBoard 1.0.4 does not support joomla 1.0.x version?

the url is

FB works great with J!1.0.x

Update your joomla to v1.0.15 (LINK)

After updating, go and remove the Sample Data from Fireboard and make your own test categories.

Make sure that you select default template in the FB Config.

Tip : Put your site offline, then apply the 1.0.12 to 1.0.15 joomla patch.

I saw that U modified the css file, try another FB template (not modified by U), because I saw that for the post the forum.css file is not loaded.

Thanks for the tip. But after i upgrade to joomla 1.0.15, flush all the sample data and ensure using the default template. I still got the same issues.

I will try to install 1.0.15 fresh from the start and see what happened.

Hi BlackTiger,

I did not modify any CSS file...
the page is rendered without the Joomla Main Frame...so i suspect there is a bug.

I saw on the BoJ forum that a user had the same problem like U, but I don`t find this thread.

Go to menus->mainmenu->forum edit, change type -> FireBoard Forum
Every time U upgarde FB U must upgrade the menus too.

hi Tiger,

if you look at the view source of this page, u can tell there Joomla header and other stuff is ripped off only left the Fireboard portion...and all the css files is also not included.

i think this is a bug. but how come it only Seemed that I am experiencing this problem ?

have u try to install joomla 1.0.15 and FB 1.04 and try it out yourself please ?

i need your help and advise.....

I had this problem, you must create a nwe menu pointing to the fireboard forum.
But you can see that version 1.04 is not so good because it displays no errors, so that you can identify what you did wrong

Same. I trashed my old menu pointing to fireboard. and do what u suggested. i create a new menu pointing to Fireboard again.

but the problem still exists.

I am not sure how to debug now....aarrrrrrrrrrrr!

any FB developer can help please ???
