A new version of the modul is ready for downloading.

In this version:

- 2 templates ( Vertical, Horizontal )
- Set a link to the userprofil yes/no
- CSS Sufix Class ( not tested ) The 2 templates don't use it

I am sorry if I sound dumb here... but I am.

Anyhow, I am new to joomla and this software. Is there a way to manually add this module. I tried using the upload the zip method and it gives me this error:
ERROR: Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.

I have been able to install many other modules though. Thanks in advance.

I am writing a new modul for fireboard a demo of the avatar scroller can you see on www.computer-team.info

In the backend you can set the following things :
- scroll from left right, up down
- wight an hight of the layer . So you can make a big horizontal or vertical scroller.
- scroller speed.
- how many avatars you wil see
- ( some sql filters like, most posters, new users,... )

Hi , just downloaded the .zip from Joomla Extensions (as per above).
But when I use the normal File/Upload in Module Installer for J1.5, it comes up with ERROR: Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package. Why is this ??? Is this not the right way to install a module in J1.5 ??? I get this with alot of other Modules and Components that I try and install. But some work pefectly fine ...

You are the first with a instal problem.

I don't now where the problem is.
But when you have the same problems with other modules and components,
you have perhaps some permission problems on your webspace ???

Sometime when i install some modules on my home-server i have to change the owner of some files.

a little problem :

in the back end of fireboard you can set id of the forum for latest post display, useful for private forum...

but this module "mod_fb_latestposts" don't use this set !

can you fix this ?
