I know that the Discussbot should be easy to use, but I just can't seem to get it to work.

Here is what I have done:

1. I have turned on the Discussbot in the Integration Tab
2. I have gone to the Mambot tab and turned on the discussbot
3. I have created a parent category and two sub categories
4. I click on the Show Bot Reference Chart and copy the category I want
5. I have inserted that in the place I would like it to show the link to the forum and save the content

What happens is basically nothing. No link appears in my content. WHen I open the content again, the link I pasted has dissappeared. Is there something I am not doing that should make this work?

You may have figured this out already, but in case you didn't, here's what I put in my content item and it works:

[code:1]{mos_fb_discuss:7}[/code:1] where "7" is my forum category.

The nice thing is it creates a topic if there aren't any.

[b]Note:[/b] It will not work in section/category descriptions. You can customize the text by changing the appropriate language file (english.php for me)

I have installed it and get

I can't make it work either, though I thin, that maybe I write the false number?....

At the end of an article {mos_fb_discuss:88} is written. And you can read it.

To look up the number, I go to my FB --> forum administration and look up the number before the category where I think it would be good to discuss this.

Is this the right way?
