foreach() problems are typically database related. It is caused when the SQL update hits an error and does not complete the rest of the update. Try uninstalling Fireboard and dropping all Fireboard fb_ tables in PHPMyAdmin and reinstalling.

By deleating the remaining db tables and reinstalling it's solved.
