Set Joomla/Mambot-Support to "NO"

works for me, thanks

But I'll maybe work on a rewrite of these 2 files, if/when I'm in the mood, maybe this weekend
-> I'll report back with the files when they are ready

I noticed another issue which might be caused within one of these 2 files: in a thread there was one post by an admin and the next by a normal user, but although it says "user" in brackets after his name, the row beneath that, it says admin again and then those 5 red squares

Hi,

here are some other problems:

1.

after upgrading to the latest fireboard I discovered the following:

In the Fireboard configuration the CB integration ist set to yes. Profiles are set to Community Builder.

But when I add thread from the fourm to my favourites it will bring me to my fireboard user profile, which should not be visible...

Any ideas ?

2.
Next I've tried to unsubscribe from the CB profile page. If I hit "Unsubscribe from all" I get a alert box with "_UE_FB_CONFIRMUNSUBSCRIBEALL"
Hitting OK brings me to the FB profile page.

If I try to unsubscribe a single thread, it points me to the FB Profile page.
"You can not unsubscribe...."

3.
If I subscribe to a thread in FB, I will be pointed to the FB profile....

My settings in the FB coniguration are:
Profile: CB
Avatar: CB
CB Integration: YES

There seems to be no difference IF the CB integration is set to Yes or No. If the tabs and fields in CB are there, you'll see your postings and subsribes in the CB Forum tab...

Any workarounds, ideas ?

Same problem here, is there a workaround allready??

TIA

Hi All,

I'm new to Fireboard & CB ...
Here are what I've done (using Joomla 1.0.x)

1) Installing Fireboard :
- Download Fireboard_Forum_1.0.3_UnzipFirst.zip
- Unzip locally, got file : component_Fireboard_Forum_1.0.3.zip
- Upload to Joomla admin page :
Installer -> Component -> upload file 'component_Fireboard_Forum_1.0.3.zip'
click Upload & Install
[Success ..]

2) Installing Community Builder :
- Download cb_1_1_0-unzip1st.zip
- Unzip locally, got file :
com_comprofiler.zip, mod_cblogin.zip, mod_comprofilerModerator.zip,
mod_comprofilerOnline.zip

- upload to Joomla admin page :
Installer -> Component -> upload file 'com_comprofiler.zip'
click Upload & Install
[Success ..]

Installer -> Modules -> upload file 'mod_comprofilerModerator.zip'
click Upload & Install
[Success ..]

Installer -> Modules -> upload file 'mod_cblogin.zip'
click Upload & Install
[Success ..]

Installer -> Modules -> upload file 'mod_comprofilerOnline.zip'
click Upload & Install
[Success ..]

3) Installing CB Plugin for Fireboard :
- Download cb.fireboard_1_1.zip

- upload to Joomla admin page :
Components -> Community Builder -> Plugin Management
upload file 'cb.fireboard_1_1.zip'
click Upload & Install
[Success ..]

- Click Publish for this plugin (CB Fireboard Plugin)

4) Configure Fireboard :
Components -> Fireboard Forum -> Fireboard Configuration
Edit name, email, template etc ...
Click SAVE

Create Forum Category :
Components -> Fireboard Forum -> Forum Administration -> New
Insert/edit the form ...
Click SAVE

5) Publish to MainMenu (Joomla) :
Menu -> MeinMenu -> New
choose : Components -> Component -> Next
Insert Name, access type, published, etc ...
Click SAVE

6) From user front end of Joomla, there is a link (button), if we click
show Error :
"There are no Categories define yet ...."

Questions :
a) What is wrong with my configuration / category ?
b) How can I open Fireboard in a NEW WINDOW, with its own template
(not joomla standard template with some menus in it .... ....)

Many thanks for your any tips ...

Best Regards,
- Jack -
